So tiny and yet so powerful, good and bad microbes get the job done... even in our dreams. Students discover the characteristics and the functions of various microbes. They prepare microbe info cards that they then use to create a Venn diagram.
In this unit students will be:
•Talking about germs and what they do
•Good vs. bad germs
•Using qualifying adjectives in front of a noun
•Using the irregular verb devoir
•Using possessive adjectives

Projet- cReate a microbe
Each student will create TWO microbes. The microbes can do pretty much anything, you just need to imagine it!
Step 1) Think about what kind of microbes you'll create bon ou mechants??
Step 2) Start to think about what they'll be able to do as microbes and how will that affect how they look?
Step 3) Design your microbes. Make sure they look like their qualities.
Step 4) Color your microbes, use anything you want- markers, crayons, glitter pens, gel pens etc.
Step 5) Once they're both done, get ready to write!
We will be working on the written script together, while using a model in class.
Due date: Wednesday Dec. 11th 2015

As always, extra help will be available for students to come and see me Tuesday and/or Thursday for homework club, and if there are still questions, I am happy to arrange additional help during recess time.
